Can you somehow map this function to the Take a Break button, which is grayed out when you're the only human player? Also, to keep the idle state after map change.

Modified the original plugin and removed the scuffle progress bar, thus bypassing the scuffle progress bar bug, as well as the revive progress bar not filling up.

Neat. Another thing I noticed is that the duration timer is sort of universal. It does not follow the game time, but real world time, as in, if you pause the game, timer still runs.
