I warn, that I just added one to plugin to another, there are a lot of errors - some procedures doing the same, some variables are not needed, some mistakes in original plugin AFK KISS and etc......

В предыдущем случае такая фигня была из-за использования бета-версии AMXX, так что, используй официальный релиз AMXX 1.80 - проверено - все работает.

Не пробовал, а нах оно нужно? Ошибки в бета версии плюс мои ошибки - катастрофа - если че не будет пахать в жисть не найти где ошибка.

All works fine. Its must be so. Message doesn't must be sent if no message (say "" - not be sent - it's all right). Try to sent empty message with out translit :)
get_user_info returns 0,...

It's not working because not-default plugin adminchat intercepts messages and sends message not like player says (I can't catch it to processing), so because translit plugin doesn't work. Try...

Now to use this plugin you have to disable default plugin - adminchat.amxx. If you don't want to use translit of adminchat you have to comment line 8 in translit.sma and recompile plugin

It's working! Are you unpack all files in amxmodx directory? Check file: amxmodx/configs/translit.ini. Is plugin loading correctly?
