No Mercy and the Sacrifice have the original survivors, however, with !csm, it's pretty much expanded to all maps.

Awesome plugin, just found a few problems with it in Left 4 Dead 2 though.
-All the Left 4 Dead 1 survivors don't have climbing animations except for Francis.

Sorry, I was out for the last 5 or so days. Got to test it out, got several results.
First try: the command stayed at director_no_death_check 1 and didn't change, even though everyone died.
