Is there an console admin editor

Hey...
Is there a console admin editor for AMXX? I can't seem to find one. Like you would be able to add an admin through console, remove admin, and set abcdefe etc.

MetaMod Functions

Is there a list of metamod functions or hl functions somewhere that I am missing? Where do you guys get your functions from? I mean the functions that affect the player such as slay etc.

Yeah, that is what I have guys. Is there any reason for the script to be acting the way it is? Obviously my rcon works, I get armor, but no guns etc. It works if I do it through console, single line....

Can someone explain to me what the SDK is? I'm not a complete newb, I just have no idea what this is and what is has to do with half-life.
