CSGO Target Crosshair Color/Shape Change

I've seen in multiple servers that when you aim at an enemy the crosshair turns red or when you aim at an ally the crosshair stays green and it is overlayed with an X.

What cvars on server side...

Is there anyway to change the triggered cvar for the end of match auto-vote? Instead of issuing the cvar nextmap... I'd rather it be a changelevel. Is that possible?

I'm having the same issue - I've disabled the plugin as you did but the problem still occurs.

I've disabled the g3sg1 for both T's and CT's but it's still allowing CTs to buy it. The AWP is disabled for both teams and it works correctly, but i'm still having a problem with the AutoSniper...
