Is there any news about fixing?
Have tried to set tf_mm_servermode to 1 to non-mvm server again, after removing this value, but server immediately changed to mvm mode...

Also faced this issue some days ago on my non-mvm servers.
Have set 'tf_mm_servermode' to 0 to make those servers work again.

Hope it will be fixed soon

I think 6 it's full moon for new cvar because there is no halloween taunt but only halloween items

3 is really a winter holiday mode for new cvar, 4 and 5 - don't know how to test, don't know what...

hmm christmas noise maker does not work if set to 3

and official wiki says:
tf_forced_holiday 0/1/2/3 - enables holiday mode (0 = default; 1 = birthday; 2 = halloween; 3 = birthday) - server...

No, if set to 1 - it's birthday mode, 3 is also birthday mode, 4 - ?, 5 - ?, 6 - Halloween mode again (or maybe fullmoon?)
or maybe 4 = 0, 5 = 1, 6 = 2 for that parameter and so

I have the same problem with skins, also have to set tf_forced_holiday to 2.
And I've noticed in winter holiday mode - dropped gifts don't count for "Valve Gift Grab 2011" achievement, don't know if...
