The server now works with csgo_fix and Metamod Source 1.12 Build 1159.
But with Sourcemod enabled, the server crashes.
I have tried both 1.10 Build 6544 and 1.11 Build 6902.

It does not work for me either with the latest MM and SM (In Windows). The console window only flashed when I started the server. :cry:
