If you are using sv_downloadurl and your users cannot download a map, make sure it is uploaded to the web space!
Also .bz2 all maps and sounds in the sv_downloadurl folders!

net_maxfilesize = I think its only for the server file size, should not matter to sv_downloadurl but not sure!
Do you have *.ztmp files in the map folder?
mapname.ztmp <<<--- Compressed...

Looks good - will test this one tomorrow as the other say sound plugin floating around has way to many different versions and extra bits i don't want.

- Maximum allowed file size for uploading in MB

Yes this is true, but you would have to be a certain distance to the walls for it to work, such as the following plugin.

Could you detect if a player was facing a wall for 2-3 seconds then disable the camping timer? Also switch on protection until they turn away from the wall?

If you run in TDM mode it will work fine (the teamkill sound)
But as you are running pure DM, everyone is on the same team so using
"teamkill"
