Sourcebans not connecting with server. Need help ASAP.

I don't know how to fix this or what is wrong.

when I make an admin on sourcebans the admin has no powers in game.

when I ban in game the bans do not save to the banlist on my sourcebans

Sourcebans not printing bans to banlist

hi I got sourcebans 1.4.11 and thought everything is set up correctly but when I tried a test ban in game the ban worked but it did not print to the banlist on my site.
