find "SetClientName" and add +1 for offset (& "SetUserCvar" add +1)

i tested only rename bot (via SetClientInfo as in plugin):
hostname: version : 1.8.9.8/1898 6104 secure udp/ip : :27015 os : Windows type : community dedicated # userid name...
