actualy if you run the first command on a previously banned client it will restore the player's settings. but the client has to be unbanned first and return to your server. I forgot to mention that...

Keep in mind this plugin DOES NOT change any settings on the players computer.
and to answer your question about not specifying what the second command does i think you should read the paragraph...
