Why always my server goes DOWN when is 32/32, there is something wrong, works fine till server are full players 32/32 and goes down.. :@

I have 5.0 I write plugins name on plugins-zp50_ammopacks.ini change map, and that shuted down server, i try to restart on gp and still server down i try this many times... i delete the plugin names...

That file zm_vip.txt was uploaded.
And the file zp-plugins.ini I dont see on folder configs, do I need to create one?
