Slowing down

Whenever a person has beast/flash/sonic..eh you get it, and they shoot you slow down. It reset their speed - just like whenever you scope, just this is with ANY weapon. Any ideas?

Not only that maybe your plugins.ini is overloaded, or your plugins-shero.ini is overloaded (for god only knows what reason) so figured out where the herolist stops and put it into a diffferent...

try setting up a DMZ host to the ip 192.168.1.100, or change 'cs1 cs2 and cs3' the name is hlds of the process...DMZ host is easiest though.
