I would say that:
1. Pure server instalation went wrong, to many errors related to game type itself.
2. You do have some errors comming from SM as well.
I would do reinstall and do all game...

By me it want. You are getting lot of errors: "No such file or directory", "missing files or models", "unknown commands". I would press the reinstal button and start from fresh.

I have got the same setup as you tested on, but server get "stuck" on the worm-up mode, when I switch worm-up off, plugin half works(you can buy the weapon, then it will be taken from you, no refund...

If you have your mapcycle and mapgrups in order you shouldn't have any problems rejoining server. I have removed all hibernate cvars so don't have any issues with accessing lobby game or disconnected...

Check your server.cfg file for hibernate cvars, they can cause problems with people trying to join the "game lobby".
Don’t mess around to much with configs that you shouldn’t be. Use standard map...

After October update server console shows that:


File exist(checked that) and server is running unless I'm trying to set ON reserved slot, then server shows 63 slots and go offline.

I've got the same.. 1 reserved slot ''upgrade :)'' my capacity to 63 and server go offline. If I disable plugin its all back to ''hunki dori''.
