I deleted the amxmodx folder, installed it again,...

I deleted the amxmodx folder, installed it again, started up TS (The Specialists), opened console, typed in "amx" and no menu's appeared at all like there should be....So i'm in the same position as...

I live In Canada, and I couldn't really do anything with my paypal account until I recieved a letter in the mail, had to input verification code...and then paypal put in a certain amount of money...

AMXMODX Does Not Load At All

When I start Up The Specialists.... I open console and type "amx" usually...that would bring up a list of available commands.... but it doesn't, also "meta list" doesn't nothing... cvarlist shows no...
