Time pass Ac dosen't work

Hi
I install time pass ac plugin on my server but when players use F11-F12-del and some key the server dosen't kick them or at first Warn..
Where is my problem?????

but some server use this plugin and end of the month check the screens and when the player use cheat in screen ban them!!!!!
