2) Instead of vote at 5 minutes left, how about 5 minutes after player connects ?

How do i read into a file?
Then check if a line is there?
And if it is re-write over that exact line?

If I am right

if(Attacker<1||Attacker>32)
return HAM_IGNORED

this means that something OTHER than players are doing the attacking...hence the bomb explosion...i would assume just...
