If there is a way to disable rcon protection it won't do anything to your server and if you disable rcon on your server you will be safe too.

Just as i said they are using rcon_password "something" request from your ip and you just get banned at the same moment.

Thanks. I think that only sensible options is to set ban for one minute.

BTW. That site sends about 15 requests per sec.
