Habe SH nun auf 0.99 aber irendwie ladet der keine Plugins die komplette plugins.ini im config ordner wird nicht geladen unter amx plugins kommt nur

Wie bekommt man Collusos oder wie der da heist ab lvl 8 weil das steht ja da aber man kanns net auswählen LVL 8b ich bin jetzt lvl 8 aber kanns net benutzen :(
