Warmod update is not needed. Update steamtools (http://hg.limetech.org/projects/steamtools/raw-file/tip/builds/steamtools.ext.so)
Скачай по ссылке библиотеку, и замени старую

No. It is mani plugin. After disabling them server starts normally
