cs_set_user_deaths problem

This my code:

format_time(Timex, 32, "%M", time);
format_time(Timey, 32, "%S", time);

set_pev(id, pev_frags, Timey);
cs_set_user_deaths(id, Timex);


Error in cs_set_user_deaths():
