I'm sure that showing that information is client-side, since the server doesn't need to know who the clients friends are; the client does.

Is it possible to force a player to move? Specifically a bot, and even better would be to get the bot to execute things like +jump, +forward, etc.

I can't figure it out :(

You can program UDP to be lossless (i.e., until server says "Hey I got it" keep sending it)
