Hmm, not really sure what the problem could be but i took a wild guess.

you have to edit the users.ini file

so an a full admin wold look like this
"STEAM_0:0:123456" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"

simply remove the d flag

"STEAM_0:0:123456" ""...

*UPDATE*
-Added Switch Teams Option
-If you change password cvar while a password is enabled on the server the server password will be automaticly updated to match the new cvar value

i was thinking of editing my plugin http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=364748
so that instead of using the amx_off cmd, pause each plugin individually, allowing mine to continue running....

i use it to get scrims going after pregame and for practices

As a note option 4 will exec lo3.cfg & turn amx_off
