It was offline when you tryed to connect to it but when i tryed adding it it was online

I tryed to add it and it failed. And the reason you can't connect ot it is because it is offline.

Have you disabled the default Welcome Message? this may cause a conflict - I did'nt on my server but I disabled it so I did'nt have 2 welcome messages
