How can I execute a command on the server shell? (IE, linux shell, not hlds shell)

I can't seem to find any function to do this from the funcwiki.

attach_view not working for players in NS?

Hello,

I was trying to get attach_view to work in NS, and it works fine for ents, but not when you try to attach to players. ( doesn't attach at all )

Is there any other way that I could see...
