Okay well I tried deleting my files and letting the server re-downloading them, now the model is black for me as well. Not sure if it's because of me deleting the files though as it didn't happen...

So I've been trying for awhile now to add playerskins but no options for "player skins" comes up in the menu. I haven't actually added in any other skins, but I noticed I didn't have the Duke Nukem...
