It's binary shifting, Bugsy wrote an article on this. As computer don't store data as words so it store data as binary( or numbers).

BUGS.
1) If you have 2 weapons at the same time and press the SL8 weapon list the SL8 won't appear unless you drop the second weapon.
2) Sound is not working.
