Sorry, there is no way to do this without modifying the code. If you really want to, I would try this, but I don't know if it will work or not:

Try copying your gungame.cfg as gungame_teamplay.cfg and adjust the teamplay-specific settings you want there.

An extremely minor patch has been released: GunGame 2.13b. It includes a fix for gg_winner_motd 2 and allows you to use longer server IP addresses in your SQL tables. The changelog can be seen here...

How teamplay works is it takes # of players on team and multiplies it by gg_kills_per_lvl. You can set gg_kills_per_lvl in gungame.cfg

Sorry, there's no way to do this, without editing the source or something. Maybe you could change gg_teamplay_nade_mod to require less nade kills on teamplay?

daniel1296: One way I think you can do it is to use CSDM's FFA plugin (or possibly another FFA plugin, if they exist) and set gg_tk_penalty to -1 so GunGame won't penalize team kills.

Sorry, I'm not sure. It might help me narrow down the problem if you can try this: test each of the following values of gg_messages and tell me which ones lag. They each disable a separate thing.
