How can i get my server to 24/7 so when i close my pc the server dont go down i have a website can i upload the files there FX and so have the server there fx ?

ok but i dont have photoshop eny more so then i in photoshop i shall press Images/RBG color it that all ? and so make it to a model in half life models virwer TY :)
