I have a feature suggestion, could we have a list of exceptions, like admins and such, added to the cfg, such that those players can't be banned?

Last question and this is on Server side right?, cause I did put the files in my local directory and it worked fine, however when I put it on the server, every time the map changes it keeps...

Oh just create a directory in cstrike for sound, cause it doesn't exist now, And put the files there?
