after respawning with sm_respawn, players lose their upgrades , but i notice that if they type !afk to go idle and then type !join to rejoining the game, they restore the upgrades :D

plugin conflict with krx surup (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=900977), all players lose their upgrades after re-spawn.
players have to go idle and join again to restore them again....

tested on l4d1 server
i was able to draw and use the test preset
but the presets from post#2, and arrow_checkpoints didnt works
they appear in the neon menu and i can see the name...

no, i did not created the wings, the wings model are from garry's mod workshop, i have included them with the archive, you just need to extract models and materials folders to /left4dead2
