Picking up m249 = no movement

Can someone make a small plugin that disables movement (no run/walk/jump/crouch)(but retain mouse looking) when any m249 is picked up. All movement restored when dropped.

Can someone make a plugin for me where CTs lose hp(example: 5) when they don't hit a T. So if they shoot a wall/floor/ents they lose 5 hp. It would be great if it worked for the knife too....

I would like to have my clients have f binded to +grab when they connect and unbinded when they leave(kind of like Zombie Plague's menu when you press m)

Is it possible to let everyone have a "noclip kind of movement" but they can't go through walls and other players?(I don't want those flying plugins because you have to hold down a button)
