Ok cool! I got it to work, I am using dedicated server to run my server but I was putting the cssdm in the addons folder of my cs folder, not my dedicated server. Ok now it works, So topic change,...

I think I have both of versions.. I remember I installed metamod v.1.3 using the automatic installer.. Then I installed the metamod v.1.2.3 cus it said it was for listen server.. So what do I do?...
