Yup, that was the reason. Thank you.

Wonder if I wanted to have GOTV available, how I could give it a different name to distinguish it in the server list. I guess I'll do a bit of Googling!

I tried to download 740 ('update_app 740 -beta csgo_demo_viewer validate') in the hope I could achieve the same results as yourself, but alas when I try to run the server it gives me the out of date...
