Need help Ranking Players PLEASE HELP

Well I'm trying to create a ranking system for my css server where whoever has the largest amount of time on the server has the highest rank of 1.
So far I have made it so it combines your hours...

When I use the command with my clan tag on, I get the "Only SCNG members can use that command." When I take my clan tag off I don't get any response from it (which is good in a way).

Yea but I want the message the person types to only appear to people in my clan. I already made a command that is only accessible if you have the clan tag:

I want a ranking system that doesn't use a tag in chat/scoreboard and lets you use the !rank command. I also only want it to rank by time active and nothing else, I literally cant find any rank...

My game server crashes when I use admin commands {SOLVED}

I type "sm_admin" and the menu comes up, however if i press any thing after that I.E. "Players" , the srcds crashes.
