You can use. For example dota_bot_populate. There a lot of other commands, but i don't remember they. You can see more in dota 2 console.

And if anyone know, how to fix my problem, please tell...

Have some problem, didn't see dota 2 effects, like fire and other. Only see red plus, or something like that. Maybe some one know, what wrong?

Server will be work, if you disable or delete metamod. I got same problem.
If you don't need metamod, you can start server without him, just disable them or delete. If you need, i can't help you.

As i can see, metamod doesn't work anymore with dota 2 server. I hope it's not for forever. Just testing my server today, and server crash with metamod, if launch without him server look normally...
