Make sure your steamid or ip:port is in the admins.txt file

It+s in that file , and I can do the regular things like change map and stuff but not the new...

I would like to know how to change the regular start picture when any one logs on to my server!

Ive seen servers with music in the startup and rules and stuff where do I add that?

Please help...

Yes, just download the MinimumAdminDll.zip file from the first post in the thread. Then Extract it to the CSTRIKE folder or HL2DM folder.
That will create an addons folder and put the needed files...
