Review the CFG's for ckSurf and you will find a CVAR to disable the default ADMIN | Prefix.
Then the titles will display accordingly.

Note folks some unofficially updated DHooks data was also released in the extension thread. This might also help, it could make things worse, I can't vouch for it just yet.

It seems mine are doing this too on SM 1.8.0.5937.
Nothing evident in any log file with regards to a cause either.

Use this nav file, if it works, copy/paste this nav file and modify the map name as appropriate.

Folks - Maximum points for map completion is 700 points..
If you're rank 1/1 on a map, you will gain 700 points, this is correct and how the plugin is intended to work by default.

Navigate to the folder where your maps are located, ensure there is a .nav file for surf_mesa.
I.e.: surf_mesa.nav
