Running 2 CS servers from same dir

I am running linux (fedora core 2 from command line)
i have both cs servers running, and I want 1 with warcraft3FT mod and other without.
I have it do ./hlds_run -game cstrike +exec server2.cfg...

If i use default maps.ini, when 3 min left, the votemenu is fine, when i add bunch of maps in random order, it doesnt show the vote when 3 min left.
si there a max i can set, do i have to put in...
