[TF2] Noclip + Friendly

Is there any plugins that give noclip but force something similar to friendly in a single command, and then shut both off once the command is done again?

(A generic toggle, pretty much just asking...

[TF2] Looking for a plugin.

So i'm looking for a barrier plugin.

It doesn't let you walk through and, as far as I can tell, can be made with in-game commands.
(Makes a rectangle)

I know PinkTaco's server has it, and so...

TF2 Unlimited team switching plugin?

Is there any plugins that allow unlimited teamswitching?
So players can join the other team even if there's more players.

For example, everyone but one person can go to blue team, no...

I got the plugin working, with tags showing up, however, a lot of the times I type something, it double or tripleposts

Any fix?
