This could be cool as a "upgrade" for RPG, where you get a chance to shoot an explosive bullet that deals more damage.

Checked 20 others servers, all with the same problem, some servers the plugin doesn't even start properly so the timer of the round is off and no one gets into a team @Windows/Linux

With the latest update the plugin that gives out the weapons does not work properly for any community. No guns are given out what so ever, not even knifes.

Change the salt function to this
$password = crypt($_POST['password'], SB_NEW_SALT);
And then you will have to grab the SB_NEW_SALT from the Sourcebans config manually by yourself since now its...
