EDIT:I had tf2 server with mvm when he was released i was holding it for 2 months then one day it started doing it for me(Like now) so I deleted everything...

I tried 1.50, 1.4(snapshots)... Server CTD(Crash to desktop) if am not set to 32 so allways set to 32 players

I couldn't delete, unban player when tried to voteban myself for 30 min deleted ban. I still banned so... And when try to ban for 10 mins tried to unban but same I still banned.... and i can't use...

So yes 32767 is biggest so when you write 199999 It do 32767 :) So it posiible.
It's like in css because Css and tf2 Very much same... :D
