I'm currently running Windows 8.1, but I plan on upgrading soon. Going by the reviews it seems nice, but I'll wait until a few friends try it out so I can know of the first hand experience.

Those are some cool mods, I tried a few and they work good except for the achievements api which I think requires a web script to create tables in order to work properly.
