[l4d2] i got some logs at server launch but idk the reason

all the metamod/sourcemod plugins seems to work fine but i got some errors at the server launch (i got no logs after a map change, its only at the server launch)

terminal gui, not hlds gui, i need to run hlds with terminal console on boot, i tried in rc.local, systemd, and init.d but nothings working

running hlds i get errors:
