The CMD is actually is "amx_sw_m4 id Give" , I Edited The Flag to ADMIN_LEVEL_H ; It didnt work with your method xD

1- There is no weapon for humans
2- Zombies Have 100 Hp
3- Zombies Kill humans , and do not infect them
