Okay, I was finally got everything clear. The co-owner said it wasn't about competition, It was just about the issue that I had with funding and purpose.

I was having problem with my server. You see, when I kept my server for a long time in 8-10 hours, the source dedicated server crashed which caused my PC Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) after it reboots...

I think it maybe a hacker hacked my server, my PC got overheated, or something. I don't know why. It may or may not crash after 8-10 hours.
