Which one? mp_nofalldmg? I don't believe so, but if there's any others let me know and I'll check :) But there are no cvars in server.cfg with the name "fall".

Just checked, no fall damage plugins. Wouldn't spawn protection just be no fall damage temporarily? It lasts forever until typing kill in console.

Not fixed actually, entering it into casual changed the time from 30s to 60s when typing "status" in console, but when i connect to GOTV server the delay is 10 seconds?? Hmm any suggestions?

Update: found fix for the map vanishing, hibernation needs taking off "sv_hibernate_when_empty set to 0"

Hmm I've got stripper mod, can't remember installing it, but it's in my addons folder.. Do you mean having stripper mod will resolve this issue? It doesn't seem to have for me.
