Hi, my buddy gave me a plugin he wrote for 1.6 to allow dead teammates to talk to alive teammates during the match. Unfortunately, the plugin makes it so all talk won't work during the pre game.

This mod is broken...captain sort doesn't work...half the time it doesn't start and admin has to change map...why is this approved? Can someone point me towards a working version? I know they're out...
