I believe this is because that is a PHP 5 function (http://us2.php.net/date_default_timezone_set)

My guess you are still on php4 on your web site, which Olly stated earlier he is no longer...

My windows CS:S is running on a Dell Dual Xeon (4 cores total) Windows 2003 Server. I used some windows command prompt to download/install CS:S (was rather easy to get installed).
