Im not sure, I do know its not mani admin plugin. It could be your server isnt fast enough for the amount of people all going at once all the time every day.

No, Make sure you have other stats plugins turned off and the cfg file has the plugin turn on. Also make sure you loaded it correctly.

Boris, Device Null's admin plugin (Xaphan or somthing) will have that soon. Not only will you have a voting plugin but a nice stable backup admin plugin.
